Our Services

Detailed Information

Modern real estate companies have developed, thus New Horizon LLC acknowledges the need for new forms of administration and innovative service offerings. 

We conduct a survey of the property's present status to discover improvement opportunities. In addition, we construct a security vulnerability analysis and a yearly management plan that covers the following:

  • Budget.
  • General program of maintenance and services.
  • Tax and accounting program (SAGE & Quickbook) that considers the calculation and payment of payroll (for those projects that have employees).
  • Programs for Ordinary and Extraordinary Assemblies.
  • We will evaluate and make recommendations for the Emergency Plan.

And to ensure the proper execution of the access control criteria for the operation of the condominium or urbanization;


  • We address complaints and proposals. 
  • We organize employee actions and responsibilities. 
  • We verify contractor and/or supplier actions. 
  • In compliance with the regulations of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, we shall help the Board of Directors with the Calls for Assemblies. 
  • Administrator yearly report
